8th International Research Conference on Adolescents and Adults with FASD @ The Hyatt Regency, Vancouver, BC

On behalf of the local planning committee and UBC Interprofessional Continuing Education, I would like to invite FASD ONE (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Ontario Network of Expertise) to exhibit at the upcoming 8th International Research Conference on Adolescents and Adults with FASD to be held at The Hyatt Regency, in Vancouver, BC from April 18-21, 2018.

Exhibit Fees
(all quoted in CAD and includes 5% GST)
Profit Organizations/Vendors: $1050
Healthcare Associations/Regional Health Authorities: $525
Non-Profit Organizations: $315

Your exhibitor fees will include:

  • A 6’ table and 2 chairs
  • Exhibit passes for 2 representatives
  • Complimentary lunches (as outlined in the program) and coffee breaks for the person(s) manning the table

We anticipate bringing together around 600 individuals attend, including professionals that work in the field of FASD, family members and individuals with FASD. You will find a copy of the program brochure by clicking here.

Please note: the exhibit fee can be paid by cheque or credit card.

Alternatively, if your organization would prefer to ship informational materials to be placed on a resource table for participants, please contact Kathryn at kathryn.ipce@ubc.ca or 604-822-7708.

Once confirmation has been received, detailed exhibit information and guidelines will follow closer to the conference date.

If you have colleagues who might be interested in attending the 8th International Research Conference on Adolescents and Adults with FASD, please direct them to our website at interprofessional.ubc.ca. We would also greatly appreciate it if you could insert event information regarding the conference in any newsletter you may have, or include the conference link on your website.
